The ZWO FF130 APO is a premium quadruplet air-spaced apochromatic refractor designed for discerning astrophotographers. Engineered to provide pinpoint star clarity, it boasts an aperture of 130mm and a generous focal length of 1000mm, achieving a focal ratio of f/7.7. The FF130 APO promises uncompromised imaging quality with its advanced optical design that negates the need for a field flattener.

Enhanced Imaging Capabilities

The FF130 APO's ability to support a 60mm image circle caters to medium-format cameras like the ASI461, providing a wide field of view with minute star distortion. It guarantees stellar imaging with a central RMS radius of less than 2 microns, allowing for crisp and precise astro-photography.

Build and Functionality

The OTA alone weighs 10.5kg, with the entire package, including tube rings and other accessories, coming to 12.5kg. The telescope's 3.4" focuser is engineered with precision, featuring a 360° rotator. It's ready for use with various cameras thanks to the included adapters, with the M48 adapter allowing for 2" filter installation. The optional 3" 0.7x flat field reducer transforms the telescope into an even faster f/5.4 system, expanding its capabilities.
