Founder Optics is a spin-off of William Optics focusing on longer-focus doublet and triplet refractors with retractable dew-shields, giving classic views and razor-sharp imaging for enthusiasts who prefer slower optics. A classic engraved focuser badge pays homage to early refractors while hiding modern mechanics.
Optics are figured in Taiwan with final assembly and QC under WO supervision.
Most models include a matching 1× flattener; reducers are optional.
A 50mm right-angle erect-image finder and mounting shoe are supplied in the box.
