Supporting up to 5kg, it can handle a small refractor, Maksutov, or even a DSLR for timelapse photography. At just 3.90kg total weight, the AZ-GTi is a lightweight, travel-friendly mount that fits into carry-on luggage-perfect for grab-and-go observing and imaging sessions.

Revolutionary WiFi Control

As one of Sky-Watcher’s first mounts with integrated WiFi, the AZ-GTi offers cable-free control. Once connected, users can operate it via the SynScan Pro app for precise celestial tracking or the SynScan PTZ app for advanced timelapse control.

Easy Tripod Integration

The AZ-GTi comes with an adjustable aluminum tripod and built-in pier extension. It connects to tripods using a 3/8”-16 thread and includes a ¼”-20 adapter, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of tripods.

Automatic DSLR Shutter Control

Forget external intervalometers - the AZ-GTi features automatic shutter release control. With a 60-second preset exposure, the mount can continuously trigger your DSLR (via the auxiliary shutter cable) until the cable is unplugged, simplifying astrophotography workflows.
