Askar’s newly released 65PHQ 0.75× full-frame reducer features a quadruplet optical configuration. With the 0.75× reduction factor applied, the 65PHQ achieves a faster f/4.8 focal ratio and a shortened 312mm focal length. When paired with the astrograph, this reducer significantly decreases required exposure times and greatly expands the field of view, offering increased convenience and more creative opportunities for deep-sky imaging. The backfocus is the standard 55mm. It includes two threaded adapters – M54 and M48 – and incorporates a built-in M48×0.75 2" filter thread, ensuring easy and flexible connection options.
