With no need for a separate flattener, complex back-focus measurements, or confusing adapters, using it becomes incredibly straightforward – simply attach your preferred imaging equipment, bring the target into focus, and the optical system is immediately ready to deliver excellent photographs.

Askar 107PHQ, a true multi-purpose performer

The Askar 107PHQ can be used in virtually any scenario, and this flexibility is the primary reason behind its creation: to eliminate as many user difficulties as possible.

The Askar 107PHQ is an f/7 astrograph built with four lenses, including two ED elements, providing superior control over chromatic aberration. It delivers remarkable color correction, even when pushed to 300× magnification during visual observations.

Its integrated flat-field lens significantly enhances the imaging performance of the Askar 107PHQ. It accommodates 44mm full-frame sensors, keeping corner stars well-shaped with minimal distortion. At the center of the field, the RMS radius is just 3μm, satisfying even the most demanding users. The 107PHQ effectively addresses field curvature and vignetting issues.

Thanks to its 749mm focal length and excellent field-flattening ability, the Askar 107PHQ can resolve very small stellar targets. When paired with a high-resolution camera, it is capable of revealing fine structures and rich detail in your subject.

The Askar 107PHQ is equally suitable for visual use. It supports 1.25" and 2" diagonals as well as a wide range of eyepieces, allowing precise focusing. With a high-power eyepiece, it can even be used for detailed planetary viewing.

The stylish 107PHQ is built from high-grade CNC-machined components and finished with a refined coating. Its calm, professional appearance is accented by bright green trim rings or knobs. The 3.4" heavy-duty focuser supports up to 8kg, offering a generous 95mm travel distance ideal for visual observation and optimized specifically for astrophotography.

The standard package includes the Askar 107PHQ OTA, a four-piece M86-to-M48 adapter set, tube rings, a 300mm Askar Vixen-style dovetail plate, and a premium aluminum carrying case.
