Manufacturer Warranty Support & Coordination Inspection May Apply

Most products sold by Vorion Scientific are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable). Our team assists with troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with the brand or authorized service partner as per the product's warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, liquid ingress, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by incorrect power supply/adapters.

Yes. Products sold by Vorion Scientific are covered under a 1-year seller warranty. unless otherwise explicitly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

The seller warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional failures that occur under normal and intended use during the warranty period, subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid ingress, dust contamination, burns caused by incorrect power supply, misuse, improper installation, software issues, or damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.

No. Normal wear and tear, aging of components, consumables, and performance degradation due to usage or environmental conditions are not covered under warranty.

To request warranty support, please email support@vorionscientific.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where applicable. Our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting before proceeding.

Yes. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and diagnosis. The final determination of warranty eligibility is made only after evaluation by Vorion Scientific or an authorized service partner.

If inspection reveals that the product is functioning as intended, or the issue is due to usage, configuration, or compatibility, the warranty claim may be rejected and the product returned to the customer.

If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, we may offer paid repair options where feasible. Any repair, shipping, or handling charges will be communicated in advance.

Warranty service does not automatically include replacement or refund. Resolution may involve repair, part replacement, or servicing. Replacement or refund is considered only in exceptional cases at Vorion Scientific's discretion.

DOA cases must be reported within 7 days of delivery with an uncut unboxing video. DOA handling is governed under our Returns, Refunds & RMA Policy, not standard warranty.

Shipping responsibility depends on the product category, issue type, and service process. Vorion Scientific will guide you on a case-by-case basis after claim verification.

Service timelines vary based on diagnosis, parts availability, and repair complexity. Estimated timelines are shared after inspection, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
