Inspect the outer carton for visible damage, keep all packaging, and record an uncut unboxing video. This helps resolve any issues quickly and is required for transit damage/missing item claims.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the outer carton, product, and shipping labels. Do not discard any packaging until the claim is resolved. Please also review our Returns, Refunds & RMA Policy.
