Lunt LS50C Compact Double Stack H-Alpha Solar Filter
The Lunt Solar Systems LS50C is a compact, specially-designed double stack filter created specifically for the Lunt LS50THa H-alpha Solar Telescope. This filter reduces the bandpass of the LS50THa to less than <0.5 Angstroms, delivering exceptionally detailed, professional-quality solar views.
The LS50C allows you to upgrade your single-stack LS50THa to a double-stack solar telescope easily – installation can be done by the user. Since the LS50C screws directly onto the front of your LS50THa, there’s no need to send it back to the factory for modification.
By adding this double stack filter, you’ll observe crisper and more detailed images of the Sun’s surface prominences, perfect for both research and visual enjoyment.
Note:This filter must be used with a blocking filter for safe solar observation.
