Introduction

The QHYOAG features a compact and durable build. The core OAG body is only 10mm in thickness, and attaching either the M42 or M54 threaded adapter increases the total depth by just 3mm, bringing it to 13mm overall. Six 3mm through-holes are integrated into the design for direct mounting to QHYCFW filter wheels and QHY A Series cameras.

A built-in focuser is included in the QHYOAG for adjusting the guider's focus. A thumb screw is used to lock the focus in place. To make adjustments, first loosen this thumb screw, fine-tune the focus, and then re-tighten to secure it. Avoid rotating the focusing ring while it is locked to prevent potential damage. Even when locked, a small degree of rotation in the focus ring may still occur–this is expected and does not affect the focus accuracy.

The QHYOAG includes a 7mm diameter opening for the guider camera's light path.
